My little bro is a ACE (American council on exercise) certified personal trainer. His passion and drive for fitness and health is contagious. He’s my go to guy whenever I have a question about my workout routine or food selection. I completely look up to him for his wealth of knowledge about living the healthiest life possible.

For those that asked about how to make the chicken dish, here it is (one of the easiest things I’ve made)
Put two chicken breasts in a dish, pour a can of crushed or stewed tomatoes over them, slice some fresh mozzarella and lay over top. I baked mine for about an hour (the chicken was really thick) at about 375.
Delicious! And easy! However, I cannot take credit. Its a dish my mom...
